This Cookie Policy explains how GREKODOM DEVELOPMENT S.A. (GREKODOM DEVELOPMENT ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΤΙΚΗ, ΜΕΣΙΤΙΚΗ, ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ, trading as GREKODOM; “Grekodom”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on grekodom.com and its other language versions, what they do, and how you can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time.
We are the controller of the data collected through the cookies we set. Our registered office is at 14th km Thessaloniki – N. Michaniona, 57001, Greece. You can contact us about this policy at privacygr@grekodom.gr. For everything else about how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the website remember information between pages and visits, for example that you have already submitted a form or which properties you saved to your favourites.
We also use similar technologies that work in the same way, such as your browser’s local storage and tracking pixels. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
- First-party cookies are set by us, on our own domain.
- Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use on our pages, such as Google or Meta. Those companies process the information under their own privacy policies.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for the period shown in the tables below, unless you delete them earlier.
2. Your choice and how to change it
- When you first visit our website, we ask for your consent. Until you make a choice, we use only strictly necessary cookies. Our analytics and marketing tags do not run.
- You can accept all cookies, reject all of them, or choose by category (Analytics and Marketing). Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and our website works either way.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or here. When you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies of that category that are stored on our domain and reload the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
- We remember your choice for 6 months, then ask you again. We also ask again if we add a new category of cookies.
- We use Google Consent Mode, which passes your choice to Google’s services so that they respect it.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the website, such as our contact forms and favourites, may not work.
The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website (they are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules). For all other cookies, the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Some pages include content or features provided by other companies. When such a page loads, the provider receives your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy:
