Number of people wishing to rent an apartment in Greece is growing from year to year, according to analysts of the Greek newspaper ''Ethnos''. Property owners have discovered a new sample "era of prosperity"-  the new trend of summer 2014 was the summer rental of private homes and villas.

Foreign tourists are supersaturated with noisy life and a constant bustle of hotels increasingly opt for a comfortable family home. The so-called "Rest at home" or "Rest in your own home."

According to experts the newspaper Ethnos, the price of a week's rental of private homes and villas in the summer range from 2.500 to 4.500 USD, thus raising his demand for rent in different parts of Greece.
