The Greek government is going to offer a series of measures, that will greatly simplify the Greeks. Among these measures - reduction in imputed tax on the property, reducing the cadastral value of the property and the introduction of inheritance. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Greece stated that some of these measures have already received the prior consent of the creditors of the country on the condition that Greece will continue to administrative reforms in the public sector.

Currently the tax on the transfer of ownership of the property is 3.09% and 23%.
