Grekodom Development company took part in the online air of the internet channel BamBarBia for the chain of agencies "Last minute tours" on October 10, 2014. Our company was presented by Konstantinos Petridis, General Director. Issues concerning the prices of the immovable property in various regions of Greece- Athens, Thessaloniki and the islands were discussed in the process of conversation. The issues reviewed during the discussion were concerning the process of registration transactions and in particular relative to the Greek legislation. The conversation was especially focused on the process of obtaining residency permit for the persons purchasing any kind of immovable property.
