Big increase in the demand for Greek properties among foreign investors. Now, when the circumstances in the Greek real estate market have changed and there is a decline in prices, a " beautiful villa with sea view" is no longer just a dream.
The German financial newspaper "Handelsblatt", using the example of a pensioner Peter Postel, tells the unique buying property in the article with the eloquent title "Opportunities with views of the sea." Peter Postel bought the villa of his dreams at Sounion for only 98.000 euro.
The newspaper notes that the Greek real estate market is in the center of attention. From January to August, the country came to 15.3 million tourists, increase at the number of 22.1% compared to last year. And more and more foreigners appears willing to buy their house on the seafront.
According to the Central Bank of Greece, foreign buyers have brought in the first six months of this year two times more money,  compared to 2013. In the coming years, according to industry representatives, property prices will increase significantly.
