From 12 to 18 January 2015 on Mount Parnassus for the 4th time a winter holiday - World Day of snow (World Snow Day) will be celebrated. This festival is organized by the International Ski Federation (FIS) since the winter of 2012, in the penultimate Sunday of January.

During the week, school groups from all over Greece can visit Parnassus and take part in the program of events filled with fun and games. Children under 15 years, in the frameworks of the festival have the opportunity to try their hand at winter sports, as well as get lessons from experienced instructors. The culmination of the festival will be held on the weekend - 17 and 18 January, when visitors of Parnassus will enjoy a variety of public events, including competitions, sledding, evening hiking on mountain trails and many surprises.
