Technical Chamber of Greece (Urban planning service) from February 2015 introduces a new service such as e-issuance of building permits. It was noted that from the 1st of February an experimental introduction of this service is expected which is mandatory by the end of February.

Publication of the links to the test is expected next week. All the necessary documentation for obtaining a permit is to be filed electronically in PDF as well.
At an early stage of the work the system will be functioning only on 40% of its capacity. But in the future it is expected that the system will simplify a procedure of submission and obtaining the permits.
