Greek real estate market is attracting more and more buyers from different corners of the world.
In the past, in 2014, 60% of the Greek resort real estate has been sold to foreigners. The leaders in this list are citizens of Russia, China and the European Union. In 2014, sales almost doubled and amounted to 250 million euro, while in 2013 they accounted to 168 million euro and in 2012 - 113 million euro. The most popular regions remain Crete, Rhodes, Corfu and Chalkidiki.
In general, the flow of foreign capital increased by more than 120 %.
Falling real estate prices, which is observed in recent years, slowed considerably in 2014, and experts predict a rise in prices is expected in 2017.
