From 21 to 23 of May in Dnepropetrovsk was held the XIX International Comference of the Association of Real Estate ''Real Estate Market: state and prospects of development, the role of proffecionals in its formation''. GREKODOM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY has sponsored this landmark for the entire real estate market events. The event was full of usefull and relevant information. 

During the event were renowned speakers and leading experts of the real estate industry and related sectors of the economy. During the main part of the business forum dedicated to overseas property, director of the Ukrainian representative office of ''Grekodom Development'' Mr Alexander Atlas presented Greece as one of the most popular region for foreign investors.

The company focused on working with local realtors more than the end user directly. Therefore, the speaker invited all those who were present to be more involved in activities aimed at attracting customers and investors in the real estate market and investment in Greece.

In addition, Mr Alexander Atlas revealed in his report many benefits, as well as great prospects of the real estate market. The participants of the forum were experts and professionals from the real estate market in all regions of Ukraine in the amount of more than 250 members of the Association of realtors.
