ILIAD Resort was supposed to include villas, marinas with the possibility to accommodate cruise ships, luxury houses for rent and many additional amenities for the prominent and wealthy guests.

"Now it's someplace, but when construction is completed, it will look like a small Principality of Monaco!" had been reported in the press. Here, a golf course, a Marina to accommodate up to 200 yachts, shopping centres, six luxury residences and 1.020 suites.

According to reports of the company with a good reputation in the hospitality industry, already submitted proposals for new resort service, and once the construction work will be completed, they are ready to get to work.
