The Reworks Festival for 11th consecutive year take place in Thessaloniki, forming the unique musical event that incorporates the city on the world music map. Two of the three days and the Festival is already sold out.
A musical celebration for everyone, who expects this year to give a smile and joy to audiences, presenting the most current musical trends and new cultural ideas, through a carefully structured selection of artists from around the world begins today with curtain on Sunday September 20th.
With his message and this year "we define our future," Reworks invites the public to confront the difficult situations of the era and invite artists from Greece and abroad, «nominate ' their own future without inertia and stagnation. Until today the Reworks hosted and presented the work of more than 850 artists and shapes. 10 years full of unique moments, smiles, hands in the air, dance ... the simple Reworks.
The launch of Reworks will be given in the early afternoon yesterday in free stage, which will be erected in the Centre of Thessaloniki, in the pedestrian area of Zeyxidos. Groups and DJs in Thessaloniki will kick off the official start of the weekend, through a large, free party for all, making the piece Reworks a vibrant city. The same evening the Reworks CU Warehouse presents the most up-and-coming names global electronic scene. The atmospheric Cleveland, the ever-rising Swede creator Sailor I, Berlin & duo of Tale of Us that rewrites the rules of electronic music and the polysyllektikos Mano Le Tough close the first night of Reworks.
Saturday, September 19, the familiar complex Reworks returns to the mill (Andreou Georgiou 56) with 6 different scenes and 27 top names. From the familiar Greek joint Max the Sax (Parov Stelar) and explosive Kadebostany by the creator of Mute Records Daniel Miller, the good friend of Ellen Allien, Reworks them irrevocably Pan Pot dance, the ever rising Nastia, his favorite Greek joint Boogie Belgique, Daniel Maher, the Rune Lindbæk and the best representatives of the Greek stage, the evening includes everything. A permanent switch live appearances and DJ sets, tunes, musical genres, moods and bmp.
