October 31  World day of cities, Athens will mark a big series of activities and events produced by the Association of Greek tourism enterprises (ΣΕΤΕ).

World day of cities is an initiative of the United Nations, designed to assist greatly in the interest of the international community in global urbanization, give impetus to the development of cooperation among countries in addressing problems and challenges in the area of urbanization, as well as contribute to the sustainable development of cities and villages worldwide.

In this context, the Association of Greek tourism enterprises with the support Department conferences, and visitors to the municipality of Athens-ACVB and Athens International Airport prepared a series of events and activities through which visitors and residents will enjoy the Greek capital Athens. The aim of the activities is to identify each side of unlimited choice that can offer Athens, revealing to the world the true beauty and authenticity, "The Athens World". Culture, gastronomy, nightlife and the Athenian Riviera will be the protagonists of the Greek capital which ΣETE will introduce visitors to the city with activities and partying.

Special bracelet, available to all comers, will be distributed on the eve of October 31 in Athens International Airport, in hotels and in some parts of the city and become "invitel′nym ticket "for special festive events. Its owners are entitled to free admission to many museums and special offers during their visit to some of the most popular bars and restaurants in Athens.
