Approximately 6.500 of Santa Clauses of Greece (Agios Vasilis) participated in a charity race "Santa Run" on the main streets and in the old harbour of Chania.

This race is dedicated to strengthening intuitive for working with children with health problems.

According to the first estimates the past year 2015 race gathered more than 90.000 euros.

4 years later the race has collected about 200.000 euro.

This action not only brings social benefits, but raises all participating moods. The race is always accompanied by music and colourful balloons.

For more than 5 years, this event has become one of the most anticipated events of the year. In the race take part both locals and guests of the largest islands in Greece-Crete.
