On new year's Eve was signed a contract for the sale of the hotel complex "Asteras" located in the heart of the Athens Riviera in the area of Vouliagmeni.  The tender winner became one of the largest investment funds Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP, which acquired the right to sell the item.

Total size of attachments, there are about 700 million. euro. In the original draft paid particular attention to the design of a landscape plan for the entire complex. Coefficient of construction will be 0.1875, while of the total assigned area in 60 886 sq.m will be used for the development of 56.500 sq.m. Complex project will consist of 2 6-star hotels and the surrounding area will be built 14 luxury villas, which occupy about 2000 sq.m. of the total area.

This is the biggest investment in recent years, Greek real estate, which is expected to enhance the interest of investors to the Greek enough new and expensive objects.
