After big negotiations, the famous hotel chains "Sani" and "Ikos" announced an agreement to merge into one group. The main shareholders of the new hotel group are Stavros and Andreas Andreanidis and Oaktree Capital Management. The next five years, the new Group will make additional investments in hotels "Sani Asterias", "Sani Club", "Sani Marina" , "Ikos Olivia" and "Ikos Okeania".
