The average cost of the apartments in Greece has felt 5.4% in the fourth quarter of 2015. Throughout the past year, the square meter has lost in price 5.1%.
In the fourth quarter of 2015 the price of new apartments, the age of which is not more than five years, has felt on 5.7% , the prices of the old properties dropped a little only on 5.2%, according to the Bank of Greece.
If we consider the changes in prices for the entire year of 2015, the new houses have felt in price on 5,5%. And the value of the property, built over five years, decreased on 4.7%. Despite of the continuing negative trend, the falling of prices slowed down considerably compared to 2014.
