The luxury villas of Mykonos are famed for being a Greek-island retreat for global celebrities. Now, for one lucky winner, all that’s needed to join them is a winning ticket costing just $49.

A U.K.-based company called Dream Villa Mykonos is offering a five-bedroom whitewashed home worth an estimated $4.9 million. All that’s needed to get the keys is a winning ticket which will be chosen at the end of a raffle on Feb. 28.

Competition organizers are also promising that — for Valentine’s Day — the first 500 people to purchase the five tickets at $209 will receive an additional 10 chances to win.

The grand prize draw will take place at the villa in Mykonos at 9 a.m. local time (0700GMT) and will be conducted live over either YouTube or Facebook.
