The first stage of “Kriaritsi” project construction

Excellent news from the company Grekodom Development for investors and future owners of houses in the residential complex "Kriaritsi". Currently, the first phase of the project is successfully implemented, according to which first 50 owners will receive the keys to the property in 2019. Two high-rise blocks have already been completed, the third one is under construction, and seven facilities are awaiting construction permits. At least 15 blocks will be commissioned before the end of 2018.

The construction of all facilities on the territory of the project “Kriaritsi” is carried out by specialists of the company Grekodom Development. They help the future owners at all stages of the transaction: the purchase of a land plot, approval of the project/s of houses, submission of documents to the town planning committee for obtaining a building permit and the actual construction of the property itself. 25 sections of the “Kriaritsi” complex have already been purchased.
