Greece’s Government has approved plans for the construction of a luxurious resort in the Argolis region of Peloponnese near Nafplio, worth more than €420 million ($491 million).

The project is about to change completely the face of the region, transforming an empty area into a multi-complex resort of luxurious infrastructure, aiming to attract thousands of tourists, when completed.

The investment that was approved by a ministerial decision will include a luxury hotel and holiday homes, shops, sports facilities, an 18-hole golf course, restaurants, and spa.

The environmental impact studies were published in Greece’s Government Gazette, opening the way for the construction of this mega-project developed by Dolphin Capital.
