With great success, despite unfavourable weather, took place in Thessaloniki the 4th international night half marathon, setting new records for both, number of participants and sports results.

The 1st place-won Russian Rinat Sunni, running under the flag of one of the sponsors of the competitions of the airline Ellinair. On 2nd plece-Greek runner Michalis Parmakis. Completed the top three winners of another Russian athlete Vasyl Permitin (Ellinair).

Among women the first three places were taken by Sonia Ceccini-Buduri, Panagiota Vlahaki and Luca Maria Magdalena Greece.
This year the competition was attended by a record number of participants- 21.132 runners between the ages of 12 to 94 years from 53 countries (4.205 people on polumarafonskoj and 16.927 people in health at 5000 m).

Long distance runners, Olympic winners in various sports, disabled people, celebrities, children and students crowded the promenade and the Central streets of Thessaloniki, promoting a healthy lifestyle, mutual help and friendship.
